Best Korean food in the area. Everything made on premises and authentic. They brought us free hot tea and water immediately. We ordered the crunchy chicken appetizer, and it was huge! The meat was all white meat, and the honey, soy sauce with sesame was so delicious. We ordered for our entrées, kimchi soup, bulgoli bento box, and a hot bibimbab bowl. The bento and bowl both came with miso soup, and all of us got Bonchon/sides and japhche. The service and staff was excellent! And the owner Kimmi came to our table several times. She offered us more sides as well as gave us ice cream for dessert, She was so friendly, and even took the time to ask all of our names and had a nice conversation before we left. If you’d love, authentic Korean food, I highly recommend! You will not regret it.
Food is very delicious! Has a very authentic Korean taste as everything is homemade and the owner, mark, and his daughter Michelle are so warm and friendly. Would go again whenever I crave Korean food!!
Food was tasty and a good value. Staff were very nice. Looks can be deceiving when looking at the restaurant from the outside. It looks like the building used to be an old American dinner that’s a little beat up but once you enter you will be greeted by a clean restaurant with clothed tables and chairs. However you can still see some of the old diner inside so it conflicts with the Korean accents. Obviously not a deal breaker but I hope they invest for a modern remodel.
This is one of those hidden gems in Lansdale that if you're not looking for it you won't find. But let me say I'm glad I did find it. The food was delicious and tasted authentic. Kimmy was the absolute best I loved her energy. If you like authentic Korean cuisine this is the place for you
Got a short rib bento box and tofu stew with seafood. Flavors were very good and portion of short rib was very large for a bento. Waitress was attentive and readily refilled side dishes. Owner (Kimmy) stopped by the table and was extremely friendly. I will definitely be back when I am in the area.
Absolutely love it! We actually went to another Korean restaurant first—it was completely full, so we googled and found KORI. It seems that KORI used to be a diner, so it is quite spacious, a lot bigger than many other Korean restaurants. It’s very well decorated with nice traditional Korean background music.
My family went on a Sunday night. The restaurant is clean and the service is incredibly friendly. We ordered beef soup and seafood hot pot. Udon noodles are provided for the hot pot. Side dishes are abundant and nutritious. Their Korean spinach pudding was a highlight.
What a wonderful find. There is no place with good Korean food like this in our area of Bucks county. Everything delicious. The tteobokki sauce and special cucumber panchan were the best. Kimi makes homemade and she feels like family welcoming you.
Our first time here, and we loved it! The restaurant is very nice and the owner is sweet and funny. She is very personable and welcoming. The food was delicious! We had the spicy chicken appetizer, and it was so good. We also got the shrimp and beef rib bento box. I preferred the chicken over the beef, but both had good flavor. I definitely recommend this place. We live an hour away, but we will definitely be back.
